Holi celebrates the arrival of spring. It also represents the triumph of good over evil, as well as a day to celebrate love, happiness, and a good harvest, according to India Today. The rainbow of colors thrown in the form of powder or water also carries symbolic meaning.

NAMM is working with a lot of global Maithili leaders to pull up an International Maithili Summit from Dec22-24, 2022 to commemorate 20 years of Maithili language inclusion in the eighth schedule of the Indian constitution. The team at NAAM is very grateful for getting an opportunity to be part of such an event, and execute it on the ground.
